GIGABYTE B660 GAMING X Motherboard

The GIGABYTE B660 GAMING X is a full-size ATX gaming motherboard designed for Intel LGA1700 processors. It is based on the Intel B660 Express chipset and supports Intel Core 14th, 13th and 12th Generation processors, along with compatible Pentium Gold and Celeron processors. The motherboard features four DDR5 DIMM slots supporting up to 256GB of system memory in dual-channel configuration. It supports DDR5 memory speeds up to 5600 MT/s through overclocking and Intel XMP memory profiles. For graphics and expansion, the B660 GAMING X provides a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot for the primary graphics card, along with two additional PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Storage connectivity is a major feature, with three M.2 slots. Two M.2 connectors support PCIe 4.0 x4/x2 SSDs, while the third supports PCIe 3.0 x4/x2. Four SATA 6Gb/s ports are also included, with support for RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5 and RAID 10. Networking is provided by a Realtek 2.5GbE LAN controller with bandwidth management. The standard B660 GAMING X does not include integrated Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, distinguishing it from the wireless B660 variants. The motherboard also features an 8+1+1 Hybrid Digital VRM design with DrMOS, fully covered thermal design, M.2 Thermal Guard, Smart Fan 6, RGB Fusion 2.0 and Q-Flash Plus. Rear connectivity includes USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 2.0, HDMI and DisplayPort.
